Gareth HAmilton
FounderGareth’s immersion in elite sport began long before his own career took flight. As the son of an international player and coach, he gained an insider’s understanding of the professional landscape well before graduating high school. This foundation paved the way for his own success as a Northern Ireland U18 international and an NCAA scholarship athlete, eventually leading him to earn a degree in Physical Education with Qualified Teacher Status.
Over the past two decades, Gareth has cultivated a global reputation as an expert in player development. As a UEFA A licensed coach, he has led world-class programs—including a prestigious academy partnership for Arsenal FC and Emirates Airlines—while teaching and coaching at the highest levels across Dubai, London, the USA, Ireland, and Canada.
Gareth is a lifelong student of human performance, deeply invested in the mental protocols that differentiate top-tier athletes from the rest. However, his most grounded perspective comes from his role as a father to two active young athletes. He understands the emotional intensity and high-pressure demands of today’s youth sports market, making him uniquely equipped to guide young performers through the complexities of their journey.
Tony Mohammed
US Pathways ConsultantTony's connection to elite soccer began before he ever set foot on an American college campus. Growing up in Brampton, he represented the Ontario provincial team for three years, winning gold at the 1990 National Championship and silver at the 1993 Canada Games- experiences that gave him a competitor's understanding of what it takes to perform at the highest level.
That foundation carried him to Kenyon College in Ohio, where he became a four-year starter and three-time All-Conference honoree, helping the program reach two NCAA Division III Final Fours- including the 1996 national championship game. He graduated with a degree in the liberal arts before earning a Master's in Education from St. Lawrence University, where he simultaneously launched his college coaching career.
Over the following two decades, Tony built one of the most well-rounded careers in American soccer- coaching women's and men's programs at Carnegie Mellon, Vassar, and Wellesley, directing technical programs with Coerver Coaching, and working ID camps at Dartmouth, Stanford, and Boston University amongst others. In 2016, he took a unique dual role as head soccer coach and Assistant Director of Admissions at Berkshire School, one of New England's most storied prep school programs, giving him an insider's command of both the athletic and academic admissions process.
Tony is the founder of TMG Sports Group and most recently served as COO of Black Rock FC, a residential soccer academy and USL League Two club that has placed nearly 1,000 players into colleges and professional clubs. He was inducted into the Kenyon College Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022. As a former international student-athlete himself, Tony brings something rare to this role: he has lived the journey he now helps others navigate.
